The ideal candidate is tertiary qualified in Engineering, Commercial, marketing or related field with at least 20+ years experience in executive roles.

The candidate will be an excellent communicator, have superior written and presentation skill with strong technical and business acumen and abilities to interact at all levels of business.

The candidate will be a leader in the Bio Fertiliser business and will lead in development of new business and require to interact at professional levels at government and non government levels.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years experience with tertiary qualifications in science, agriculture or related field with a recognised university
- Superior knowledge of the fertiliser industry covering testing, research, marketing, manufacture, operations in the Asian region
- Excellent leadership skills and confidence to lead a team of highly motivated workforce
- Demonstrates high level of integrity, competency in interpersonal analytical, financial and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment, drive, business focus with attention to details and professional work approach and outlook
- Excellent command of the English language both written, spoken and presentation
