Engineering Manager

Minimum 20+ years, degree in Engineering or related professional discipline from recognised university
Strong background in industry managing multi- disciplinary team of designers and engineers
Superior ability to build, maintain and deliver successful outcomes at strategic levels and have a hands on approach in the operational functions
Good understanding of industry standard equipment and technical expertise that provide recognition and acceptance as competent professional
Experienced in preparation and review of PRD, P&IDs. Project specific specifications, design calculations/analysis, procurement specifications
Experienced in heavy engineering in front end engineering consultancy and/or field construction preferred.

Minimum 10+ years for Senior Engineers

Process Design, Basic & Detail Engineering including performing Mass and Heat Balance calculations, Process Optimisation, sizing & selection of Equipment
Preparation of Commissioning systems & Plans, Preparation of Operation Manuals.
